What if Peter Pan was never the hero?

In this darker take on the classic tale, Peter has discovered a way to remain young forever: stealing the vitality of children and binding them to him as his Lost Children.

When Wendy’s siblings are taken, she becomes Captain Hook, leading a crew of older brothers and sisters who have all suffered the same loss. Together, they return to Neverland to rescue their siblings before Peter drains away what remains of their childhood.

My role focused on designing the Lost Children and Wendy’s crew, followed by the development of two approved characters into model packs and final key art.
